How do I change the quantity of a particular item I want to order?

After you change the number in the quantity box, be sure to refresh your shopping cart by clicking the refresh button beside that box.

When will my order be delivered?

If there are no queries, you may expect your items to be delivered within 5 - 10 days of payment being processed.

Why do the delivery times displayed on the "Estimate Shipping" page vary from your estimates?

Delivery times displayed on the "Estimate Shipping" page are provided by Australia Post and are, therefore, post-dispatch times (ie. they do NOT include the time taken to process your order).

How can I be sure that my information is safe?

For your security, we now utilise PayPal for all online payments. Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of PayPal's most important priorities. When registering or logging in to their site, they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal information is stored on their servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, PayPal does not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we do. There are Lulu fans ALL around the world!!! However, please contact us prior to completing your order to discuss suitable delivery options as delivery charges may vary from those displayed upon checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

For your security, we utilise PayPal for all online payments. PayPal offers you the option of paying by credit card, debit card, from your bank account or from your PayPal account. Simply choose the "Check out with PayPal" option when you're done shopping.

What is your Returns Policy?

In the unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged/faulty, please return it to us within 7 days (along with your receipt and with all tags still attached) and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Why is my Gift Certificate showing as NOT valid?

Have you already used it and/or is it expired? Please recheck the code you entered. Codes consist of a series of both upper and lowercase characters. If the problem persists, please contact us.
